How it works
We’ll hop on a 20-30 minute phone call or FaceTime to discuss your goals, obstacles, and health and exercise history. You’ll provide me with some information about what kind of facilities and equipment you have access to and how much time you can commit to working out each week.
Within 24 hours of our call, I’ll send along one month of programming (workout plans) catered to your unique needs!
If any questions arise, you can reach out to me via text or email throughout the month and expect a response within a day.
What happens when the month is over? You can simply repeat the same template, increasing weight as appropriate. We can discuss progressions via text or email. Or we can arrange another call, and I’ll send along another month of brand new programming!
